What better accompaniment to a gorgeous fall weekend in Washington, DC than the Kia Soul. Referred to as the "urban hatchback", the Soul has all the features and functionality this Blogger
needs in a whip, paired with a few bells and whistles which makes the Kia Soul that much more fun. And that inferno red is easy on the eyes.

Although I didn't literally put heels to the wheels this go around rather sneakers to the pedals for a trek to Bluemont, VA. There is no better way to usher in fall than to hit the road for a 1 1/2 hours drive just outside of Washington, DC to Great Country Farms.
Everyday essentials, road trip or no road trip |
The drive is close enough so that you don't have to do a full days prep yet far enough to make you feel like you actually escaped the urban jungle for a day. And time spent on the open road provided me a chance to do just that, open up the Kia Soul, put it on cruise and see what all it has to offer.
